CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reserved consultation time has been specifically allocated to you.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is expected. This enables the appointment to be made available to someone else who needs care. Failure to provide notice will incur a rescheduling/missed appointment fee (50% of the cost of the service fee you requested). This fee will not be able to be claimed through private health or Medicare.

Appointments funded through third party organisations such as NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, My Aged Care, etc. have different cancellation terms, please refer to your service contracts, funding organisation or contact our reception team to discuss.
